Planning
If you are completely happy with your architect’s draft plans, they need to be submitted to the Local Authority for building regulations approval and planning permission. Once this stage is complete we can provide a quotation. The four main stages of planning are:
Stage 1
Outline plans discussed with client then draw and check with client, make changes if necessary.
Stage 2
All drawings and plans get sent to planning to be confirmed.
Stage 3
If planning is passed then building regulations are prepared and sent in.
Stage 4
We then create a quote for the work and hand to client to confirm.
